He began his career in the Little Rock School District, passionately advocating for visual arts education across various educational levels. Furthermore, he has served as a college and career coach and has played significant roles in the Little Rock Education Association, enhancing teacher effectiveness and leading educational initiatives. McAdoo, an entrepreneur and community advocate, has authored several books and produced the film Supa Tight.
